Afrin is far from Falling

Bercav sponsored an interactive dialogue between organizations and actors in the public matter, under the title of "Afrin is far from falling" In Erbil 02-04-2018
Twelve organizations and 15 active leaders attended and the human concern was overwhelming on the whole range of discussions and interventions.
Where the talk was about the situation of about two hundred thousand people from Afrin and living in difficult conditions at a time when all parties are blackmailing them, where tens of thousands sleep in the open, and there are women born on the roads, and there are a number of deaths.
The regime does not allow them to enter Aleppo, and the Kimama checkpoint which is a Turkish troops does not allow them to return to their villages and homes.
In half a day the audience discussed the suffering of the people of Afrin and Bercav group presented its humanitarian report, which highlighted the suffering and the issue of demographic change and the challenges of living.
As Dr. Azad Ali speak about Afrin past and its strategic importance is supported by images and documents.
And Bercav concluded the meeting by writing all the notes, and drafting it, transmitting it and send it to the relevant UN organizations through the Office of the Special Envoy and OCHA in Gaziantep, Turkey.
